E vámkezelési eljárás során az általános forgalmi adót a forgalomba kerülés, tehát a továbbértékesítés során kell csak megfizetni az általános szabályok szerint. Az import áfa megfizetése, majd az akár több hónappal később történő visszaigénylése feleslegesen leköti ügyfeleink szabad pénzeszközeit. Amennyiben igénybe veszi az Airmax Cargo-nál a közvetett vámkezelési szolgáltatást, úgy cash flow-ja fellélegezhet, és vállalkozása a szabad pénzeszközeit arra költheti, ami igazán fontos: a produktív munkára és az értékteremtésre. Indirect customs clearance A 42-es eljárásnak nevezett vámkezelési mód azoknak az ügyfeleinknek kínál megoldást, akik a termékbehozatalt követően másik EU-tagállamban letelepedett vevőjüknek adják el az árut. Ekkor az áfát nem kell megfizetni, azt a célországban honos vevő fizeti fordított adózás keretében. Fontos tudni, hogy ennek szigorú feltételei vannak: az értékesítésnek a behozatalt követően azonnal, 30 napon belül meg kell történnie, a vevő Magyarországon gazdasági tevékenységet nem végezhet, és nem lehet letelepedett státuszú, EU-s adószámmal azonban rendelkeznie kell. Az adóbiztosíték nyújtását, a vámszemlére bemutatást és az adóbevallás, illetve az összesítő nyilatkozat benyújtását a NAV részére az Airmax Cargo elintézi. Customs procedure with code 42 Customs procedure with code 42 AEO licence AEO licence Ez egy olyan speciális státusz, amely alapján a vámhatóság az engedélyezett gazdálkodót megbízható partnerének tartja, és ezért vámügyeinek intézése, a vámáruk fuvarozása és egyéb kezelése során számos kedvezményt kap a vámhatóságtól. Verification number (VPID/EORI) Verification number (VPID/EORI) A VPID-szám (nemzeti azonosító) a vámhatóság számára a gazdálkodó beazonosítását szolgálja a különféle vámeljárásokon. A VPID-szám megléte automatikusan garantálja az EORI-szám (Economic Operators’ Registration and Identification) meglétét is. A vámazonosító (VPID) szám Egy 12 karakter hosszú számsor, amely a vámhatóságnál az elsődleges azonosító. Az európai uniós szabályok szerint 2004. május elsejétől kötelező a természetes és nem természetes személyeknek ilyen azonosítót igényelniük valamennyi vám- és jövedéki eljárásban. Ha valakinek (vagy valamely cégnek) nincs VPID-száma, akkor vámkezelés nem kezdeményezhető. Az EORI-szám Az Európai Közösség valamennyi tagállamában érvényes az Európai Közösség tagállamaiban letelepedett gazdasági szereplők és más személyek részére. Saját tagállamban az erre kijelölt illetékes hatóság által kiadott egyedi azonosítószám, amely a vámeljárások során az ügyfél azonosításául szolgál. ATA Carnet Az ATA-igazolvány egy olyan nemzetközi vámokmány, amely egy éven keresztül lehetővé teszi, hogy vámmentesen történhessen az áruk ideiglenes kivitele és behozatala az egyezmény országaiba (pl. kiállításra, munkavégzésre stb.). Ez a határidő egy „Csatlakozó Carnet”-tel meghosszabbítható plusz egy évvel. Az ATA-igazolvány előnyei Működése Az ATA-igazolvány kiváltásával költségei előre kalkulálhatók, hiszen a kamarai költségeken felül az igazolvány szabályos használata esetén további összegekkel (pl. beviteli vám, adó, egyéb illeték) már nem szükséges számolnia az igazolványt elfogadó beviteli vagy tranzitországokban. ​ ​ Az ATA-igazolvány gördülékennyé teszi a határátlépést , hiszen utazása során ugyanazt a már előre kitöltött vámokmányt kell benyújtania minden elfogadó országban, minden vámkezelésnél. ​ ​ Az ATA-igazolvány kiváltása rövid időt vesz igénybe , és a színes lapoknak köszönhetően használata egyszerű. ​ ​ Az ATA-igazolványt magánszemélyek és vállalkozások egyaránt használhatják. ​ ​ Az ATA-igazolvány árujegyzékében felsorolt árukra az érvényességi időn belül akár több alkalommal és részszállítmányonként is kezdeményezhető ideiglenes beviteli, kiviteli vagy árutovábbítási vámeljárás. A kamaránál megvásárolt nyomtatványt az ATA Carnet tulajdonosa tölti ki, ezt követően a kamara okmányhitelesítő irodája hitelesíti azt. ​ ​ Hitelesítés után történik a vámkezelés. Először a területileg illetékes vámhivatalt kell felkeresni, ahol az okmányt nyilvántartásba veszik, majd a határon végzik a vámkezelést. Visszahozatal után a kamarának vissza kell szolgáltatni az okmányt, ezután fizetik vissza az óvadékot. A kamara által végzett hitelesítés után egy indító vámhivatal elvégzi az úgynevezett „elővámkezelést”, előjegyzésbe veszi az igazolványon szereplő árukat. ATA Carnet TIR Carnet Árutovábbítási okmány, amely vámáru-nyilatkozatként és biztosítékként egyaránt szolgál azokban az országokban, amelyek a Közlekedési Nemzetközi Útvonalhajózási Egyezmény (TIR) szerződő felei. Customs Carrier Közútspecifikus innovatív megoldás a TIR Carnet kiváltására oroszországi szállítások esetén. A „customs carrier” státusz biztosítja a rakomány szállításának és vámkezelésének jogát további garanciák (TIR-Carnet, konvojbiztosítás) nyújtása nélkül. Ezzel az engedéllyel rendelkező partnereink a rakományokat a vámunió jogszabályainak betartása mellett szállítja meghatározott garanciaösszeg letétbe helyezésével. A „customs carrier” státusszal a fuvarozó által elkülönített garanciaösszeg szavatolja a vám- és az áfaterhek megfizetését. Nem kell kiegészítő biztosíték (extra garancia vagy konvoj biztosítása) a küldemény célba juttatásához. A küldeménnyel kapcsolatos összes információt előre lejelentik a határokon, így az ellenőrzés ideje minimálisra csökken.
